🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in professional software product environments.
- Advanced UX and interaction design skills.
- Experience building developer tools, IDEs, or data products.
- Production design system experience with components and cross-product consistency.
- Experience in user research.
- Able to learn AI/dev workflows and interpret user data.
