Lead Product Designer
About this role
Own a complete product area end-to-end at [REDACTED], the creator platform bringing together audiences, courses, payments, and live events. You'll define problems, shape direction, and ship experiences as the most senior design IC on your surface—partnering directly with product and engineering leadership.
You'll design complex multi-step flows balancing creator and member needs, prototype rapidly using AI tools like Cursor and v0, and influence strategy beyond your own area. This is hands-on craft work: interaction design, visual polish, and the details that matter.
