Lead Product Designer

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our Design Team and contribute to the development of a large-scale audit and inspection platform used by global clients.

Lead Product Designer owns a product end-to-end and is responsible for its design outcomes from discovery through delivery. This is a product-ownership role, roughly 50% focused on designing key flows, systems, and experiences, and 50% on aligning with clients, product, and engineering, guiding/leading designers, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

This role is for a Product Design Leader who likes ownership, complexity, and impact. Someone who can think in systems, guide product direction, work closely with product and engineering, and turn complicated processes into something people can actually use in the field.

About the project:

Auditing Platform is a complex, real-world product used by large enterprise clients to run on-site audits, inspections, and quality evaluations across thousands of physical locations.

The product sits at the intersection of operations, compliance, analytics, and human workflows. It deals with messy, high-stakes reality: offline work, long inspections, strict rules, scoring logic, approvals, re-audits, reporting, and accountability. It's not a "happy path" consumer app – it's a system people rely on to do their job correctly, fast, and under pressure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise or SaaS products
