About The Role

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Lead Product Designer is a core member of the product team and owner of the product design practice at [REDACTED], ensuring that we ship accessible, intuitive, and emotionally resonant digital experiences that meet user and business needs. This is a full-time, in-office position.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

• Lead the product design practice for the PHM marketplace, working with Product, Engineering, Clinical Advisory, Legal, and Research functions to deliver best-in-class results

• Partner with Product to understand the most valuable problems to solve for users

• Define solutions that combine technical precision with user empathy
