As a Lead Designer at [REDACTED], you'll shape that feeling across some of the most interesting digital products being built right now. You won't be handed a brief and told to execute. You'll be there from the very beginning, asking hard questions, pushing for clarity, and helping teams figure out what they're actually building before anyone writes a line of code. Then you'll see it through to launch, iteration, and everything in between — helping teams move faster and make better decisions along the way.

What you will do:

• Own product design end-to-end for complex mobile apps and digital products — iOS, Android, responsive web, the whole stack.
• Lead early discovery, defining interaction models, building scalable design systems, and sweating the final details before something ships.
• Translate messy constraints (business goals, technical realities, real user behavior) into experiences that feel obvious in the best possible way.
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and clients — not just handing off specs, but genuinely collaborating and facilitating conversa…
