📋 Description

• Translate product and experience needs into scalable design system solutions using reusable components, patterns, foundations, and guidance
• Partner with engineering to evolve a scalable, technically aligned, accessible, globally inclusive, and adoptable design system
• Evaluate product designs and identify opportunities for standardization and reusable system assets
• Partner with UX, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Brand, and other cross-functional teams
• Lead strategic design system initiatives and contribute to roadmap planning
• Champion design quality through accessibility reviews, implementation validation, and system stewardship
• Partner with front-end engineers on code quality, parity, and maintainability
• Contribute to design system governance, standards, and request evaluation
• Drive system adoption through consultation, education, documentation, and partner engagement
• Measure adoption and improve designer and developer experiences
• Mentor designers and foster collaboration, continuous learning, systems thinking, and design excellence
• Maintain [REDACTED] libraries, documentation, release communications, design reviews, and team workflows

🎯 Requirements

• BA or equivalent in related fields
• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design
• 3+ years of dedicated experience contributing to and evolving enterprise design systems across multiple products or platforms
• Portfolio demonstrating scalable design patterns, systemized complex UI challenges, and cohesive accessible experiences across platforms
• Strong visual craft, interaction quality, and attention to detail
• Expert proficiency in [REDACTED], including component architecture, variables, design tokens, Auto Layout, and scalable library management
• Exceptional knowledge of accessibility standards and commitment to inclusive design
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, React, or similar front-end technologies
• Experience across the design-to-code workflow, including design specifications, Storybook, design QA, implementation validation, and design-code parity
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Online portfolio accompanying resume/CV required
• Preferred: design system analytics, adoption metrics, internationalization/localization, accessibility audits, automation, AI-assisted workflows, MCPs, or [REDACTED] plugins
