Lead Product Designer (Banking)

[REDACTED] is looking for an experienced product designer who can lead the overall product, design, and UX strategy for our core banking platform.

We are a design-focused consumer banking product that works on physical products, digital products, and mobile apps. We’re looking for someone to roll up their sleeves, lead design on individual features and make design decisions in a role with plenty of room to grow.

The ideal candidate is a passionate designer who is proactive in product ownership, comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and rally them around elegant, innovative mobile solutions that delight our customers

• Design high quality interactive experiences across mobile, both iOS and Android, and web
• Lead projects throughout the entire design process; from creative conception to production and release
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing to help define strategy, and the roadmap to achieve business objectives (growth)
• Collaborate and give feedback/direction to other designers to continually push the level of quality on the team
• Evaluate current processes, identify best practices, develop plans to reach goals and implement improvements
• Utilize and contribute to the [REDACTED] Design System
