WHAT YOU'LL DO AT [REDACTED]

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to own design end to end on high-impact initiatives across the [REDACTED] platform. [REDACTED] is a fast-moving company where priorities evolve quickly and design has a direct line to the business. You’ll take projects from early discovery through to shipped, polished solutions, working independently while keeping the Design Director informed on direction, risks, and priorities. Your focus areas will be set based on company priorities, so you’ll ramp up quickly on new problem spaces and deliver with momentum.

This is an individual contributor role with real leadership scope: you’ll own the design solutions for your projects, work within the overall design direction, represent design with leadership, and contribute to how the team works.
