About your role:

We're seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to elevate [REDACTED]'s visual brand and drive design excellence across all touchpoints. You'll lead strategy and execution for high-impact initiatives representing life-changing causes, products, and organizations—alongside the [REDACTED] brand itself.

In this role, you'll combine hands-on design with systems thinking to ensure scalable, visually striking work. You'll mentor designers, set standards, influence strategy, and inspire a growing team—making sure every visual expression reflects our mission, values, and business goals.
