We're a team of imaginative and passionate people who believe in the power of sport to make a difference. If you're ready to help us serve up real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

We're committed to reflecting the communities we work and play in. We strongly encourage applications from women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTQI+ individuals, people with disability, and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Digital Experience Lead to shape and drive the future of our web and digital interface ecosystem. This role blends strategic thinking, UX/UI expertise, and technical collaboration, leading the evolution of our website and associated platforms while working closely with development teams and external partners. You'll play a key role in defining how digital experiences are designed, built, and delivered, ensuring they are user-centric, scalable, and aligned to our broader participation and engagement goals.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the strategy and evolution of website and digital interfaces, including exploration of apps, frontend libraries, and emerging technologies
  • Partner closely with developers to translate UX/UI concepts into high-quality, scalable digital experiences
  • Own and manage the design system, ensuring consistency and best practice across all digital touchpoints
  • Conduct and apply user research to inform design decisions and continuously improve user journeys
  • Manage external vendors (including consultancy partners) and collaborate with internal teams such as Participation to deliver key initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bring 6-8+ years' experience in digital, product, agency, or content-led environments, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Have strong expertise in UX/UI design and research, with the ability to lead design thinking and implementation
  • Be highly proficient in Figma and comfortable working within design systems and developer workflows
  • Have experience working with CMS platforms (ideally AEM) and can confidently navigate technical conversations with developers
  • Be a strong communicator and storyteller, with a portfolio (website or PDF) showcasing your work.
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with [REDACTED]

What's to love?

  • Career development with a range of formal education and on the job training opportunities
  • Tickets to the Australian Open plus Superbox tickets to events at Rod Laver & Melbourne Arena
  • Monthly health & wellbeing activities with access to CorePlus Pilates
  • Onsite gym, tennis facilities & free onsite car parking
  • Salary packaging & a range of discounts from our sponsorship partners
  • Attractive leave benefits - with up to 26 weeks of paid parental leave for all primary caregivers and Sorry Business and Ceremonial Leave for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees
  • We are proud to be recognised as an employer of choice for women by WORK180
