📋 Description

• Design campaign email and SMS for a set of assigned brands, including weekly sends, promotions, drops, and launches
• Build and extend each brand's visual system across typography, photography treatment, color, and merchandising
• Translate strategists' briefs into premium-looking creative and push back against generic work
• Build in [REDACTED] and hand off cleanly
• Work in [REDACTED] while maintaining a strong design standard
• Participate in critiques and provide and receive feedback
• Execute within visual systems set by the lead and establish visual systems for owned accounts
• Potentially art direct new business within a year if performance meets expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years designing digital campaign work with real email work in the portfolio
• Experience in fashion, beauty, CPG, ecommerce, or luxury
• Campaign art direction rather than flow production
• Custom display typography, treated photography, and designed merchandising experience
• Fluency in [REDACTED]
• [REDACTED] proficiency assumed
• [REDACTED] experience is a plus; it is teachable if the design work is strong
• Experience across at least two of fashion, beauty, CPG, and accessories
• Professional written English
• Based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, or the United States
• Ability to work core overlap from 9am to 1pm EST
