📋 Description

• Lead and execute content strategy aligned with product, clinical, business, and user needs
• Define and lead content strategy for major product areas
• Shape content design standards, voice and tone evolution, and content system thinking
• Lead cross-functional workshops and influence product direction through content design
• Apply research, usability findings, analytics, and data science insights to content and product strategy
• Design conversation flows, intents, response frameworks, dialogue flows, turn-taking logic, error states, fallback handling, and escalation paths for AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants
• Partner with AI, clinical, legal, and engineering teams on prompt frameworks, content guidelines, and quality criteria for LLM-generated healthcare responses
• Establish content standards and governance for generative AI outputs, including evaluation rubrics, red-teaming, and model feedback loops
• Plan and write UX copy for mobile and web apps, including complex and high-stakes product areas
• Define scalable content standards, patterns, and governance frameworks
• Build relationships with subject-matter experts and teams across the company
• Communicate complex ideas accessibly through storytelling, active listening, and persuasion
• Lead cross-functional conversations and workshops
• Collaborate in Figma on design decisions and the content design system
• Mentor content team members and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Participate in hiring activities for content design roles and engage with the broader design community

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a closely related discipline
• Experience in digital health or wellness preferred
• Demonstrated experience in conversation design, including writing dialogue flows, intents, utterances, and system responses for chatbots or virtual assistants
• Experience in member- and/or provider-facing healthcare settings strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools
• Practical experience with prompt writing and evaluating AI-generated content
• Understanding of AI constraints and risks in regulated industries
• Familiarity with conversational AI platforms and tooling
• Understanding of how content design integrates with model configuration and testing
• Experience leading content strategy for complex digital product experiences
• Baseline understanding of UX, accessibility, and information architecture best practices
• Experience with Figma and Agile/Scrum workflows
• Exceptional writing and editing capabilities
• Effective project management and multitasking skills
• Experience managing stakeholders through various stages of product development
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
