Lead Brand Designer

We are on the lookout for a Lead Brand Designer to join our Design Department.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine brand assets such as typography, color palettes, guidelines, and design templates.
• Own and evolve the visual identity across all brands and products.
• Create visual materials to support brand communication and internal needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
• Lead brand consistency across all touchpoints (SMM, CRM, product, marketing).
• Define and maintain brand guidelines and ensure their correct implementation.
• Review and provide feedback on design outputs to maintain high quality standards.
• Drive creative direction for campaigns, launches, and key visuals.
• Support and mentor designers in brand-related tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand design or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and visual identity work.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into visual solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
