📋 Description
- Collaborate with product teams (PO, PMs) and development in an agile environment to design digital solutions that solve real problems.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups and low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance and evolution of Design Systems, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across all platforms.
- Support UX research, including interviews and usability testing, and analyze feedback to generate insights and improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex business requirements into user-friendly, effective and accessible interfaces.
- Work with engineering teams during implementation to ensure fidelity of the final delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating design process, logical reasoning and UI/UX skills.
- Advanced proficiency in [REDACTED].
- Familiarity with [REDACTED] or [REDACTED].
- Strong knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD), usability principles and accessibility guidelines.
- Familiarity with Agile teams and Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- Degree completed or in progress in Design, Graphic Design, Information Systems or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience with front-end development.
- Previous experience with Design Ops and scalability processes.
- Experience in e-commerce projects or mobile app development.
- Certifications or courses specific to UX Research.
- Proactivity, a passion for learning, and excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
