📋 Description

• Support Research Ops: Work on Research Ops processes (Research Operations), providing administrative support, sending invitations, and scheduling participants.
• Repository Management: Keep study materials organized in the team repository, maintaining and updating the research library in Confluence.
• Process Documentation: Contribute to building and continuously improving the content of our research process guide.
• Support for Qualitative/Quantitative Research: Assist in planning and executing qualitative and quantitative studies, learning the complete end-to-end research cycle.
• Instrument Development: Create interview scripts and simple questionnaires with guidance from the team.
• Moderation and Facilitation: Conduct interviews and research sessions with oversight, developing your moderation skills.
• Data Handling: Identify and synthesize research data such as transcripts, notes, and survey responses, developing your analytical perspective.
• Results Communication: Assist in producing reports and presentations of findings.
• Business Immersion: Learn about [REDACTED]'s business, product, and users.

🎯 Requirements

• Foundation in Research Methods: Knowledge of qualitative or quantitative methodologies (including experience from academic projects, bootcamps, or courses).
• Tools: Familiarity with documentation, task management, or research tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Maze, Typeform, or similar).
• Documentation and Research Ops: Interest or aptitude for organizing information, maintaining knowledge libraries, and supporting the standardization of research processes.
• Experience in Moderation or Facilitation: Some prior experience in listening, moderating interviews, or administering questionnaires (in academic contexts, bootcamps, or personal projects).
• Communication and Collaboration: Ability to express yourself clearly to align work with the team and partner teams, with a collaborative mindset.
• Curiosity: Genuine interest in learning about human behavior, the product, and the business.
