We're looking for a Junior UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, accessible, and user‑friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with Product Managers, Senior Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders to help design and improve [REDACTED]'s web and mobile payment experiences.

This is an excellent opportunity for a growing designer who wants to deepen their UX skills in a fast‑paced fintech environment and work on products used by millions of South Africans.

Your role and responsibilities

UX Design & Solution Development

• Assist in the design of end‑to‑end user experiences across [REDACTED]'s products and platforms
• Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive UX solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and basic UI designs

User Research & Insights

• Participate in user research activities, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews
• Analyse user behaviour and feedback to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively
