How you’ll contribute to our success

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative methods, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other qualitative and quantitative research.
• Help define the customer experience by creating concepts, principles, and guidelines that translate into meaningful user interfaces and interactions.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups optimized for a broad range of devices and channels.
• Assess the usability and accessibility of existing and in-progress interfaces through heuristic evaluations and ergonomic audits.
• Communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and clients using storytelling, sketches, and rapid prototyping.
• Work closely with development and business teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, and to ensure feasible, high-quality solutions.
• Design, organize, and facilitate innovation workshops for clients and internal teams grounded in Design Thinking practices.
• Contribute to the digital upskilling of our people by shaping and delivering UX-focused training and by actively nurturing a strong innovation and design community.
