Position Description

[REDACTED] is seeking a Junior Product Operations Manager to support the Senior Director of Product Development and Management within the Product organization. This role is designed for an early-career professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build experience working closely with product and engineering leadership.

The Junior Product Operations Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the product organization through scheduling, preparation, documentation, and follow-through, while also engaging in problem-solving around communication, organization, and execution. This includes helping clarify priorities, improving how information is shared, identifying recurring sources of friction, and proposing practical improvements that increase efficiency and alignment.

As the individual builds context and trust, this role offers opportunities to take on increasing responsibility, contribute to process improvements, and support broader initiatives that improve how the product organization operates. Success in this position comes from reliability, sound judgment, and a growing ability to anticipate needs and connect details to the bigger picture.
