📋 Description

• Support the planning and execution of software product initiatives across multiple client accounts
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs while supporting project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate activities between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure timely product delivery
• Track project progress, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, blockers, and action items, proactively driving follow-up and resolution
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coordinate product roadmap activities, releases, and launch readiness while maintaining accurate project documentation
• Prepare status updates and communicate with U.S.-based stakeholders, escalating blockers and coordinating change requests
• Support AI-related initiatives and use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve research, documentation, and workflow efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Coordinator, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar software-focused role
• English level B2+; C1 preferred
• Experience supporting or managing software products throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management tools
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and common project management methodologies
• Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills
• Experience gathering requirements and managing Agile product backlogs
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with shifting requirements
• Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Nice-to-have: SaaS product experience; familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and software development processes; user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation; AI-enabled products or digital platforms; ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI technologies; client-facing or multi-account environments; product roadmap planning and release coordination; collaboration with software development teams; project scheduling or resource management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet; CAPM, CSM, PMP, or similar certifications; distributed or international teams
