Job Description

In [REDACTED], product designers contribute to product decisions from the early stages of delivery. As a Junior Product Designer (L1), your work begins before visual execution and continues until features are delivered with the expected level of quality and compliance. You will support the team by executing clearly defined design tasks, documenting your work, and ensuring that outputs meet accessibility and design standards.

At first, you will focus on supporting engagement-related features in our business digital bank, contributing to improvements that impact thousands of [REDACTED] customers. Your role will include assisting with research activities, building wireframes, preparing UI mockups, and helping refine existing flows under the guidance of more senior designers.

Alongside your product work, you will contribute to our ongoing design transformation by learning and applying the design system, documenting components, and collaborating with fellow designers to maintain consistency across [REDACTED] products.
