The Role:

[REDACTED] is looking for a Junior Product Designer as part of the User Experience team.

As a member of our group, you'll be immersed in building unified, forward-thinking experiences, collaborating across disciplines, and tackling complex design challenges. In this position, you'll address design problems and turn them into solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable to use.

Responsibilities in this role include:

• Designing and refining user funnels and workflows from initial concept through usability testing, iteration, research, interviews, and surveys.
• Delivering end-to-end user experiences that balance user needs with business objectives across both web and mobile platforms, while maintaining a broad perspective.
• Producing detailed design deliverables such as vision statements, specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Work daily with Senior Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to turn technical requirements into "enjoyable-to-use" interfaces.
