📋 Description

• Design useful, visually appealing landing pages and web/desktop applications
• Design useful apps for web and mobile in [REDACTED]
• Use AI to create interactive prototypes
• Map user flows based on client requirements
• Work with existing Design Systems with a buddy’s help
• Attend client meetings to establish requirements
• Participate in in-house meetings with Product Designers, Developers, and Product Owners to create application requirements
• Present ideas to the team and client and incorporate feedback from mentors, buddies, leaders, and Product Owners
• Support internal projects and company initiatives, including presentations and marketing assets
• Collaborate with clients across Fintech, Sportstech, Medtech, and other industries

🎯 Requirements

• Great/strong portfolio with at least one UI desktop or mobile project
• At least 1 year of commercial experience in a similar position
• Understanding of UX rules
• Knowledge of the [REDACTED] environment
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude used in the design process
• Openness to AI and automation tools
• Ability to create a basic style guide with UI elements, with support
• Understanding target users and evaluating products from a UX perspective
• Willingness to conduct research when necessary
• Ability to design landing pages and application parts from specifications
• Ability to work with existing design assets, especially style guides and UI kits
• Ability to prepare responsive web designs
• Hands-on design-project experience with AI and eagerness to develop AI skills
• Excellent written and spoken Polish at C1 level
• Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Problem-solving mindset and solid communication skills
• Openness to new ideas and perspectives
• Experience in marketing assets, illustration, branding, [REDACTED]/[REDACTED], After Effects/[REDACTED], or automation tools is nice to have
