Who are we looking for

Designation : Jr. Project Manager (UI / UX)

Experience Range : 2+ years

What is the work

• Manage day-to-day operations of the team.
• Monitor task allocation and ensure optimal utilization of UI/UX designers and frontend developers.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with team members to ensure work progresses as planned.
• Identify bottlenecks, delays, or resource constraints and escalate when required.
• Coordinate between design and development teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, and execution dashboards.
• Participate in daily team discussions and review ongoing work.
• Ensure estimates, timelines, and resource allocation are reasonable and aligned with project requirements.
• Work closely with leadership to provide visibility into project progress and team performance.

What skills and experience are we looking for

• 25 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, Operations, or similar coordination roles.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and UIUX projects.
• Ability to understand the difference between UI/UX design work and frontend development work.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
