As such, we're looking for a Product Owner to join our PIC continuous improvement team and drive ongoing improvement across core operational and commercial processes.

You'll be supported by an experienced business lead and a multidisciplinary team, with real scope to grow your product capability while taking meaningful ownership from day one.

The opportunity

You'll take ownership of a prioritised improvement backlog focused on making operational and customer-facing processes simpler, faster and more reliable. Working with stakeholders across the business, delivery teams, solution architects and IT analysts, you'll bring structure to demand, guide trade-offs, and keep work aligned to outcomes.

You Will:

• Own the improvement backlog: manage intake, shape demand, prioritise, and maintain clear roadmap visibility
• Lead discovery with stakeholders: working with the Business Analysts, understand how the business operates, identify root causes, and define practical outcomes
• Translate needs into epics/features/user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable success criteria
• Coordinate delivery within an agile cadence, managing dependencies and keeping stakeholders aligned
• Partner with architects and engineers to shape solutions that are pragmatic, supportable and scalable
