Job Title

Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer supports the development of associate knowledge, skills, and performance by creating high‑quality training programs aligned with business objectives. This role is responsible for designing and developing a broad range of learning materials—including classroom and virtual courseware, job aids, facilitator guides, assessments, presentations, and multimedia resources. Content will include both technical and non‑technical topics related primarily to the products, systems, and interaction skills essential for contact center associates. This position reports to the Learning Manager within the Customer Solutions Learning and Knowledge Solutions (LKS) Department.

What You Will Do

Training Design & Development

  • Develop a comprehensive suite of learning materials, including instructor‑led and eLearning content, job aids, facilitator guides, multimedia assets, and assessments for one or more product lines.
  • Create both technical and non‑technical training content with an emphasis on contact center operations and performance needs.

Methodology Application

  • Apply the ADDIE instructional design model using a balance of structured and iterative approaches.…
