The role

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our [REDACTED] Academy team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing courses on [REDACTED] AI Cloud for different target audiences.

[REDACTED] Academy is an international online learning platform that helps individuals and teams master AI and cloud technologies. We offer hands-on, industry-relevant training for both B2C and B2B audiences, combining technical expertise with real-world application to deliver impactful, scalable learning experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participate in learning needs analysis and high-level course design with the Product Manager and SME.
• Map learning outcomes for the whole course and for each module and lesson.
• Translate SME materials into clear, learner-friendly educational content.
• Design practice exercises and learning aids.
• Collaborate with the production team to create visual content.
• Audit existing courses for cognitive load, difficulty, and alignment with goals.
• Work with student feedback and SME recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Adapt course materials for different target audiences (onboarding, certification, etc.).
• Maintain a backlog of improvements and keep course documentation up to date.

We expect you to have:

• At least 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
• Proven experience working with technical topics (software engineering, data science, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of digital learning design frameworks and principles.
• Ability to develop various educational content forms (long reads, video, assessments).
• Proficiency in modern tools such as Figma, HeyGen, and Supademo.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT to support content creation, research, and instructional design, while applying appropriate critical review and quality control.
• High level of English proficiency.

It will be an added bonus if you have:

• Experience with customer education and software instructions.
• Experience with certification programs (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
