About the Role

The Instructional Designer will develop engaging and effective learning materials and programs that simplify the complex and empower all end users while advancing skills and driving success outcomes using a variety of multi-media channels.

Your Area of Focus

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc.) to be delivered via e-learning and/or Instructor-Led methods while using adult learning methodologies and instructional design best practices.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis, define learning objectives and partner with subject matter experts to develop materials for targeted audiences.
• Work closely with strong subject matter experts to perform gap analysis and identify the target audience's training/learning needs and what success looks like for the end user and organization.
• Use traditional presentation tools through Google Suite (sheets, docs, slides) as well as e-Learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Artlist and Animaker to create interactive and engaging learning courses and activities.
• Create complete programs from ideation to implementation in a timely manner under strict deadlines.
