📋 Description

• Create learning programs focused on AI, Data, and personal productivity
• Lead strategic content development, adapt and translate e-learning materials, rebrand content, and design presentation slides
• Structure learning content and assets for scalability
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and trainers; collaborate closely with Learning Consultants and Customer Success Managers
• Source and partner with AI and Digital Transformation experts to develop learning programs
• Translate upskilling and reskilling needs into programs that deliver measurable ROI
• Develop e-learning content, live sessions, and blended learning journeys
• Produce slides, e-learning modules, and marketing content in collaboration with the marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or content creation within an agency or consulting environment
• Comfortable working on customer-facing projects and in client-facing setups
• Proven experience designing learning programs, with a focus on blended learning concepts
• Experience working in a startup (10–50 employees) is a plus
• Self-motivated and ready to take ownership to help shape the company
• Ability to translate business goals into effective learning interventions
• Strong documentation mindset: as a remote-first company, all processes are documented
