Founded in 2022, [REDACTED] is building India's AI-native identity and consumer platform. We've scaled from zero to 350+ enterprise partners and 1M+ monthly active users for our voice AI assistant in record time.

Following a $30M Series B in 2026 co-led by [REDACTED] and [REDACTED], we are entering a hyper-growth phase. With total funding over $42M, we are aggressively expanding our product footprint into new consumer verticals that will redefine digital identity for millions.

We're now scaling into new consumer verticals and building the design team that will shape all of them.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll build and structure [REDACTED]'s design function from scratch.

This is a rare kind of role: real product scale (1M+ users) combined with a completely blank slate on process, standards, and team. You'll set the design bar for our 1-10+ growth phase.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build [REDACTED]'s design function from the ground up process, standards, and the first hires under you
• Set the design point of view for each new vertical as it launches
• Operate as the most senior design voice in the company, working directly with the founders
• Shape how design is evaluated, hired for, and grown at [REDACTED] going forward
