About the Role

[REDACTED] is hiring a Head of UX to take end-to-end ownership of the product design experience. This role requires someone able to navigate ambiguity when defining problems, explore solutions, prototype, and communicate design decisions and tradeoffs while working closely with Engineering and Product.

The Head of UX will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality from early concepts through high-fidelity outputs, while helping shape interaction patterns for AI-driven products. The role also involves building scalable systems across design systems, operating rhythms, and research and insight loops.
