THE ROLE

We're looking for a Head of UX and Practice to join [REDACTED]. This is a senior leadership role focused equally on:

1. developing our people and shaping the direction of our UX practice, and
2. delivering programmes of work for ambitious clients.

This is a new role that is strategically vital to [REDACTED]'s next phase of growth. As a member of the senior management team, you will be instrumental in upholding and advancing our commitment to excellence, directly shaping the future of our UX practice.

This involves not only setting the highest industry standards for our methods, tools, and approaches but also, crucially, ensuring we continue to cultivate the best-in-class team of thinkers, analysts, and designers who are the foundation of our clients' success.

The Head of UX and Practice plays a dual role:

• 50% Practice Leadership — developing and evolving the UX Practice; contributing to [REDACTED]'s external profile; growing the skills, confidence, and careers of our UX team.
• 50% Project Leadership — leading and shaping complex UX engagements; ensuring our work remains best-in-class.

You'll work closely with designers, researchers, consultants, project managers, and leadership to ensure [REDACTED] continues to deliver outstanding work while continuously evolving how we practice UX.
