As Head of Product Design, you will shape the future of user experience at [REDACTED] by driving the vision, strategy, and execution of design across all our products in crypto, blockchain, and DeFi. You are a key leader aligning design with business goals and technology innovation, influencing product roadmaps at the executive level and inspiring teams to deliver world-class, user-centered experiences.

You will ensure validated, end-to-end UX flows are delivered ahead of launch milestones, using data, experimentation, and user insight to reduce late-stage UX changes and accelerate delivery. Design under your leadership directly supports revenue growth through higher trading conversion, improved retention, and a cohesive, scalable product experience. By strengthening design systems and cross-functional collaboration, you help reduce UX-related support tickets and raise the overall quality bar across platforms.
