About this role

[REDACTED] is hiring a Head of Design to own design across both our product experience and our external brand presence. This person will lead UI/UX design for [REDACTED]'s AI Agent Operating System while also shaping the company's visual identity across our website, marketing materials, sales collateral, and creative campaigns. This is a high-ownership role for a designer who can simplify complex product workflows, create polished and intuitive interfaces, and build a cohesive brand system for an early-stage AI company. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing product experiences, improving user flows, creating landing pages, developing brand assets, and partnering closely with product, engineering, sales, and leadership. You will help define how customers use [REDACTED], how the market understands [REDACTED], and how our product and brand come together as we build the platform for AI workforces.

Description

About [REDACTED]

[REDACTED] is a publicly traded, early-stage AI company building an AI Agent Operating System that enables businesses and partners to create, deliver, and manage AI workforces. Our platform powers AI agents that communicate, automate workflows, connect with business software, and help teams operate more efficiently across channels and systems.

We are at an important stage of product and company. The core platform is expanding across voice, messaging, computer-use agents, reseller tooling, integrations, analytics, and reliability, security, and operational controls. As the product expands in scope and complexity, design will play a critical role in making a complex, powerful product feel simple, trustworthy, and commercially compelling.

About the Role

We are hiring a Head of Design, Product & Brand to become [REDACTED]'s first dedicated design leader.

This is a senior, hands-on design leadership role. You will set the design direction for [REDACTED], build the foundation for our product and brand systems, and personally own a meaningful amount of execution across product design, website, brand, and go-to-market materials.

Design is already deeply valued at [REDACTED]. Members of the founding team have design backgrounds, and design has played an important role in how we think about product, brand, customer experience, and company building from the beginning. This role is not about introducing design to the company for the first time — it is about giving design a dedicated leader who can raise the bar, create systems, and help us scale.

In the near term, this is primarily an individual contributor role. You should be excited to both define the design function and do the work: designing complex B2B workflows, creating polished product experiences, improving our website, developing brand systems, and helping the company communicate the value of AI agents clearly.

You will report to the CPO and partner closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and company leadership.

This is an ideal role for a senior designer who wants broad ownership, high leverage, and the opportunity to define how businesses discover, understand, trust, and operate AI agents at scale.

What You'll Work On

[REDACTED]'s product is powerful and technically complex. Your job will be to make it feel clear, usable, and trustworthy for businesses, resellers, and operators.

Examples of design problems you may work on include:

  • Simplifying how users create, configure, test, and deploy AI agents.
  • Designing better workflows for agent monitoring, logs, analytics, tasks, inboxes, and integrations.
  • Helping resellers manage many customer organizations, agents, settings, and workflows.
  • Making computer-use agents and AI automation feel understandable and controllable.
  • Improving information architecture across a growing platform.
  • Building design patterns that help users trust what agents are doing and why.
  • Shaping the website, sales materials, and product storytelling so customers can quickly understand [REDACTED]'s value.

What You'll Do

Product Design

  • Lead UI and UX design for [REDACTED]'s core platform, including agent creation, configuration, testing, monitoring, analytics, reseller workflows, administrative experiences, and customer-facing tools.
  • Turn ambiguous product problems into clear, usable, high-quality interfaces.
  • Design workflows for complex AI agent use cases, including voice agents, computer-use agents, integrations, logs, tasks, inboxes, and reseller/customer management.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, interaction models, and production-ready designs.
  • Improve information architecture so users can understand and manage increasingly powerful AI systems.
  • Establish and maintain a scalable product design system in collaboration with engineering.
  • Use customer feedback, product usage, and business context to improve usability and reduce friction.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to ship high-quality product experiences quickly.

Brand, Website, and Go-to-Market Design

  • Own the evolution of [REDACTED]'s visual identity across web, product marketing, sales, and customer-facing materials.
  • Design and improve the company website, including landing pages, product pages, conversion flows, and campaign pages.
  • Create high-quality creative assets for sales decks, executive and company presentation materials, launch announcements, email campaigns, social, and events.
  • Partner with leadership, sales, and marketing to translate [REDACTED]'s product vision into clear and compelling visual storytelling.
  • Develop templates and creative systems that make [REDACTED]'s external communication feel consistent, polished, and differentiated.
  • Help define how [REDACTED] shows up in the market as a trusted AI agent platform.

Design Leadership

  • Define the design bar for [REDACTED] across product, brand, and go-to-market surfaces.
  • Create lightweight design processes that help the team move quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Bring strong taste, customer empathy, and systems thinking to product and company decisions.
  • Help [REDACTED] build the foundation for a future design function.
  • Over time, help determine when and how to grow the design team.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, brand design, or a related design role.
  • Strong portfolio showing excellent product design craft, especially for complex workflows or B2B software.
  • Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, hierarchy, interaction design, and brand expression.
  • Experience designing complex B2B, SaaS, workflow, automation, platform, developer, or enterprise products.
  • Ability to simplify complex systems without oversimplifying the underlying power.
  • Comfort moving between product design and brand/marketing design.
  • Experience designing websites, landing pages, sales collateral, or marketing materials.
  • Ability to work from ambiguity and turn early ideas into clear design directions.
  • Comfort working directly with founders, product, engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly.
  • High ownership, strong taste, and a bias toward shipping.
  • Excitement about being hands-on in an early-stage company environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing AI, automation, agent, developer tool, customer support, telephony, CRM, or workflow products.
  • Experience designing for reseller, multi-tenant, marketplace, or partner platforms.
  • Experience building or maintaining a design system.
  • Experience creating investor, board, or executive-level presentation materials.
  • Motion, illustration, video, or 3D design skills.
  • Experience with Webflow, Framer, Next.js, or close collaboration with frontend engineers.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you will help [REDACTED] improve the clarity and usability of our core product experience, establish stronger design patterns across the platform, and elevate how the company presents itself externally.

You will make the product easier to understand, the website more compelling, and the brand more cohesive.

Over time, you will become the design owner for [REDACTED]'s product and brand experience, helping define how businesses discover, understand, trust, and operate AI agents at scale.

Why Join [REDACTED]

  • Be the first dedicated design leader at a company building foundational software for AI agents.
  • Work on one of the most important shifts in software: AI agents that can communicate, operate, and complete real business work.
  • Own design across both product and brand at a company where design will directly shape the category.
  • Partner closely with the CPO, founders, engineering, sales, and leadership on product strategy, positioning, and customer experience.
  • Design for real businesses, real workflows, and real operational impact.
  • Help shape how the AI workforce category is understood by customers.
