📋 Description

• Shape the experience that turns new signups into habitual learners and eventually paying customers
• Design systems guiding users from their first click through returning sessions and paid decisions
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers across the core B2C user experience, especially activation and monetisation
• Design and run data-driven experiments on activation, multi-day return, and conversion across learner segments
• Rapidly prototype, A/B test, and iterate with cross-functional partners based on hypotheses and evidence
• Help shape squad strategy alongside Product, Engineering, and Data
• Translate behavioural data, room and path analytics, and user feedback into design solutions
• Conduct user research and usability tests focused on onboarding, path selection, and paywall moments
• Collaborate with Content Design on rooms, feature descriptions, and conversion messaging
• Establish activation and monetisation design standards within the core learning experience
• Communicate design vision and rationale to stakeholders including the CEO and Head of Product
• Integrate AI and emerging technologies to accelerate validation, discovery, and prototyping

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience, ideally in consumer growth roles
• High energy and strong sense of ownership
• Ability to think in outcomes, not just screens
• Care deeply about clarity and user experience
• Strong collaboration skills with Product Management, Engineering, and Data
• Proficiency in Figma
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate prototyping
• Experience with analytics platforms is a plus
• Strong product thinking and product sense
• Ability to form clear opinions and take responsibility for decisions
• Ability to share work early, iterate quickly, and refine through feedback
• Ability to communicate design thinking and rationale clearly
