This is a fulltime onsite role in Youngsville NC.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can blend creativity with execution, partnering with our Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to create compelling visuals that drive business and delight customers.

What You'll Do

✨ Create marketing materials including:

• Brochures, catalogs, and sell sheets
• Email campaigns and landing pages
• Trade show graphics and promotional materials

📷 Produce engaging visual content:

• Product photography
• Lifestyle and in-use imagery
• Short-form videos for social media and sales initiatives

🏆 Support our production team by:

• Creating customer artwork proofs
• Preparing production-ready files
• Managing projects through Monday.com

🚀 Be a brand champion:

• Maintain design standards across multiple brands
• Collaborate across departments
• Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
• Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Salesforce
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Adobe AI to enhance productivity
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Bonus points for experience with:

• Monday.com
• Dropbox and OneDrive
• Production artwork and print workflows

Qualifications
