Qualifications

Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Marketing, this position is responsible for the design and production of traditional and print marketing materials, digital content creation and placement, website content management, email campaign design and distribution, and the planning and scheduling of social media content. The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design and one (1) year of experience; or Associates Degree or Certificate of completion from a graphic arts vocational institution with a minimum of two (2) years work related experience using graphic and digital design software applications.
• Experience with working knowledge of computers, software, color printers, copiers, plotters, digital cameras, bindery equipment, as well as a sense of impeding technologies and their application to the Marketing Department required.
• Portfolio/examples of previous print and digital design required for consideration.
• Selected candidate will demonstrate a creative flair, a style and ability to consistently create unique content while working within a box of established brand parameters.
• Experience with Social Media content management a plus.
• Experience with e-mail platforms such as Constant Contact, Mail Chimp or similar preferred.
