📋 Description
- Design high-quality static creatives, carousels, announcements, thought leadership posts, and engagement-driven social media content.
- Develop and maintain a modern, professional, and consistent visual identity across all digital communication channels.
- Edit and optimize short-form videos for social media using provided footage, including founder videos, events, office walkthroughs, and promotional content.
- Create engaging video content with text overlays, transitions, motion graphics, and platform-specific formatting.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to understand creative requirements and deliver compelling visual solutions.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple design and video editing projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Optimize creative content for various digital platforms to maximize audience engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, social media formats, and video editing techniques to continuously improve content quality.
- Support branding initiatives by creating presentations, marketing collateral, and other visual communication materials as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Creative Content Development.
- Strong portfolio showcasing B2B, corporate, or professional social media design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent creative tools.
- Experience creating engaging short-form social media videos and motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Experience managing founder-led content, executive branding, or thought leadership campaigns is highly preferred.
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives while maintaining a premium visual aesthetic.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in a remote working environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with B2B, enterprise services, workplace solutions, co-working, commercial real estate, hospitality, architecture, or infrastructure brands will be an added advantage.
