๐ Description
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality graphic designs, including infographics, product listing images, main images, A+ content, storefronts, insert cards, and packaging
- Create engaging product videos for listings and promotional campaigns
- Apply design updates based on market trends and stakeholder feedback
- Analyze competitor creative work to inform creative strategy
- Measure the impact of branding on sales performance internally and among close competitors
- Develop product line visuals that enable immediate product recognition through 5-second testing
- Monitor and track designer task timelines, deadlines, and bottlenecks
- Review design-team creative outputs against brand guidelines and quality standards
- Validate online-store task deliverables against marketplace requirements and internal benchmarks
- Manage and guide the design team for productivity, quality, and on-time delivery
- Implement workflows to maximize designer efficiency and meet project timelines
- Define design-team KPIs, track performance, and provide constructive feedback
- Organize and facilitate A/B testing workshops across product lines and stores
- Collaborate with marketplace managers, supply chain teams, and designers
- Coordinate product photography shoots with the studio team
- Prioritize and execute image plans according to Operations Manager direction
- Participate in monthly and quarterly planning
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Lead
๐ฏ Requirements
- Hands-on graphic design experience across creative projects
- Experience creating infographics, product listing images, main images, A+ content, storefronts, insert cards, and packaging
- Experience producing product videos and promotional video content
- Ability to combine colors, fonts, and layouts cohesively to reflect brand identity
- Ability to analyze competitor design work, listing images, lifestyle photography, and EBC/A+ content
- Data-driven approach to measuring branding impact on sales performance
- Ability to develop product line visuals that pass 5-second testing
- Ability to monitor task timelines, identify bottlenecks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform QA checks against brand guidelines, marketplace requirements, and quality standards
- Experience managing and guiding a design team
- Ability to implement structured workflows and define and track team KPIs
- Experience organizing and facilitating A/B (split) testing workshops
- Ability to coordinate product photography shoots
- Ability to prioritize and execute image plans based on Operations Manager direction
- Availability for monthly and quarterly planning
