📋 Description
- Design creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and the company website
- Develop corporate presentations, branded materials, and other visual communications
- Create employer branding assets for talent attraction and employee engagement initiatives
- Design internal communication materials for employees and teams
- Adapt creative assets for different digital platforms, formats, and audiences
- Ensure visual consistency across brand communications and materials
- Collaborate with Marketing, People, and other departments on campaigns and special projects
- Edit images and perform basic photo retouching
- Create and adapt visual content based on established brand guidelines
- Maintain, organize, and update the company's design asset library
- Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts for new campaigns and initiatives
🎯 Requirements
- Degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Experience with Figma and/or Canva
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools are a plus
- Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color, and branding
- Portfolio showcasing relevant professional work
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Intermediate or advanced English level is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
