📋 Description
- Design e-commerce listing images, A+ content, and Brand Store pages for [REDACTED]
- Assist in creating social media extension graphics for brands
- Create clear, conversion-focused layouts that communicate benefits quickly
- Develop iconography, infographics, and comparison visuals
- Ensure designs meet technical and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the Art Director and marketers to bring product narratives to life
- Iterate designs based on performance insights and feedback
- Apply brand guidelines to the brand’s extended creative presence
- Organize and deliver final assets for upload and testing
- Provide design support to new business pitches, presentations, and cross-agency creative tasks
- Help structure workflows, improve design processes, and raise the overall craft level of the team
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic design experience; eCommerce or performance marketing experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles
- Proficiency in [REDACTED], [REDACTED] Creative Suite, [REDACTED], [REDACTED] Suite, and [REDACTED] or similar tools
- Ability to leverage AI tools for creating
- Ability to design within tight constraints and fixed formats
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Taking initiative

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assets/projects
- Experience designing [REDACTED] creative content or product listings is nice to have
- Experience working with [REDACTED] Brand Stores is nice to have
- Familiarity with CRO, UX, or performance marketing is nice to have
- Understanding of how design impacts [REDACTED] SEO and shopper behavior is nice to have
- Experience collaborating with paid media or growth teams is nice to have

- Must be currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there
