Role Description

This is a full-time Graphic Designer role for a virtual team member based in Latin America. You'll create and refine visual assets for digital campaigns, working from brief to concept. The role involves collaborating with paid media strategists and copywriters, iterating on creative based on performance data, and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all client touchpoints. The Graphic Designer will participate in creative reviews, incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients, and support the ongoing improvement of design processes and standards.

Qualifications

• You are fluent in English
• You can work 9-5 EST
• You have several years of design experience specifically on social platforms
• You understand social trends and can replicate some of the best creative
• You work in Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Figma
• You have experience designing for animation
• You can manage deliveries of 100+ creative assets
• You can prioritize and manage time well
