📋 Description
- Create and refine graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials
- Turn creative briefs and ideas into visual concepts that connect with target audiences
- Strengthen and maintain brand identity through visual consistency across channels and campaigns
- Work with the Design team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality assets
- Collaborate with Copywriters and Marketing teams to align copy and visuals
- Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing results
- Manage multiple creative projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Organize design files and creative assets for future use
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry practices
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of professional design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work
- Proven experience in graphic and motion design
- Strong proficiency in [REDACTED]
- Strong eye for visual aesthetics, branding, and attention to detail
- Ability to turn creative briefs into compelling visuals and incorporate feedback and revisions
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently and collaboratively
- Near-native or native English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is nice to have
- Previous iGaming industry experience is nice to have
- Resume and portfolio submitted in English
