📋 Description

• Deliver attractive, effective designs for marketing and user acquisition campaigns
• Create digital assets for social media, email headers and templates, social media content, game assets, and other ad hoc creative needs
• Work quickly, efficiently, and to a high standard across team tasks and requirements
• Ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines and support brand visual identities
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends and provide creative recommendations
• Work within campaign deadlines to support smooth campaign execution
• Collaborate with the Promotions and User Acquisition teams and the wider remote team
• Report to the Graphic Design Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for high-end graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio of digital design work
• Excellent creative and conceptual skills, with a background in user acquisition
• Advanced proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Previous experience or demonstrated exposure to the iGaming/casino industry is essential
• Experience with Figma
• Good video editing skills for simple designs
• Formal training in design
• Keen interest in current design trends
• Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; responds positively to feedback
• Ability to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines
