Graphic Designer (Local Candidates Only)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to join our team onsite in Orlando. This role is ideal for a designer who is equally strong in both digital and print design and brings fresh, original concepts to every project. The ideal candidate has a portfolio that demonstrates innovative thinking, custom design solutions, and strong visual storytelling rather than reliance on templates or repetitive design styles.

This designer will collaborate with marketing, creative, and business stakeholders to develop compelling visual assets that elevate brand presence across multiple channels. Experience leveraging AI-powered creative tools to enhance workflows, generate concepts, and develop content is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for both digital and print initiatives.
• Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, sales materials, direct mail pieces, signage, event materials, and presentations.
• Develop digital assets including website graphics, landing pages, social media content, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Conceptualize and execute original creative solutions that align with brand strategy and business goals.
• Use AI-powered design and content creation tools to support ideation, image generation, content development, and workflow efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into impactful visual communications.
• Maintain brand consistency while continuously introducing fresh creative ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare production-ready files for print vendors and digital distribution.
• Stay current on emerging design trends, creative technology, and AI advancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences preferred.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience preparing files for commercial print production.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
• Motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation skills.
• Knowledge of Figma, web design principles, or UX/UI best practices.
• Photography, illustration, or content creation experience.
