We're seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong passion for illustration and layout design. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing visually striking content across various media platforms, helping our clients bring their brands to life through compelling visuals.

What you'll do:

• Creative Concepting: Collaborate with the creative team to translate ideas into innovative and polished visual solutions.
• Layout Design: Design compelling layouts for web, social media, presentations, marketing materials, and other client-facing platforms.
• Custom Illustrations: Create original illustrations and visual assets that align with client branding and project objectives.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand identity across all designs and client projects.
• Cross-Platform Design: Deliver high-quality assets optimized for both digital and print formats.
• Production Handoff: Pass final designs to development or publishing teams for release.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator to create high-quality designs.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has strong layout and illustration skills with a proven portfolio.
• Demonstrates excellent command of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Has significant proven branding design experience.
• Proficient with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
• Has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• With excellent communication and time management skills.

Bonus Points for:

• Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
• Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
