Graphic Designer

• Our Brand Design team is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help translate [REDACTED]'s identity and values into compelling assets used across our omni-channel experience
• In this role, you'll work closely with other graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing partners to support design needs from every department across the company
• Using your keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, you'll ensure our vision and brand expression stay consistent, no matter the platform or campaign
• You'll thrive here if you're a big-picture thinker who's comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally
• Concept and deliver strategic design solutions across all channels—think: collateral, packaging, out-of-home advertising, in-store signage, emails, banner ads, presentations, and more
• Work closely with a variety of stakeholders—including creative managers, copywriters, and business leaders across the company—to discuss briefs, brainstorm, share work, and incorporate feedback
• Design with an eye toward warmth, wit, and brand consistency across projects and platforms
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Use your design process to make sure all of our projects and platforms are visually consistent
• Live and breathe our brand guidelines, upholding the value of good design within the team and across the company
• Keep files organized and accessible to the wider team
