📋 Description

• Support the Marketing Team during 7-month maternity leave cover
• Produce high-volume, high-quality assets that support marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and business needs
• Design compelling visual assets for web, print, and social media
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and sales
• Manage clean working files for collaboration between internal teams
• Leverage AI design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency in design work
• Adhere to quick-turn deadlines and ensure tasks are completed fully and on time through workflow optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design within an agency or in a B2B in-house environment, ideally SaaS, online marketplaces, or the ecommerce industry
• Knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., Canva AI, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or DALL·E)
• Proficient in Figma or Sketch and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects)
• Hands-on experience across branding, editorial design, digital assets, website design, and presentations
• Demonstrate excellent formal design skills: typography, composition, colour, layout, etc.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Team player who is open to constructive feedback and experimenting with new technologies
• Video editing and animation experience is a plus
• Strong English communications skills — written and oral.
