📋 Description

• Design and develop graphic assets for marketing and communications
• Create assets for social media and digital campaigns
• Design graphics, banners, and other assets for email marketing
• Create flyers, brochures, one-pagers, and sales materials
• Design presentations and PowerPoint decks
• Create materials for events, conferences, and trade shows
• Edit videos, primarily short-form content and Reels
• Develop basic motion graphics assets
• Adapt and resize creative assets for different channels, formats, and platforms
• Maintain visual consistency and adhere to brand guidelines
• Work closely with the Marketing team to turn briefs and ideas into tangible creative assets
• Provide support for other creative needs across the team
• Act as a creative partner to the Marketing team by understanding objectives, audiences, and messaging to develop visual solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Designer, or Creative Designer
• Strong portfolio featuring marketing and communications work
• Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different assets and formats
• Experience designing for multiple channels
• Proficiency with graphic design tools
• Experience creating presentations and PowerPoint decks
• Video editing experience, especially with short-form content and Reels
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate marketing objectives into visual solutions
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a Marketing team
