📋 Description

• Understand the business environment and organizational requirements
• Research products and collaborate with the marketing team on plans
• Work with internal teams to develop ideas and strategies
• Conceptualize visuals for digital media campaigns, internal communications, presentations, and websites
• Study requirements and designs, create drafts, present ideas, revise designs based on feedback, and deliver final outputs
• Create infographics, videos, illustrations, logos, and other visual formats
• Collaborate periodically with designers, artists, and stakeholders
• Present marketing activities to management and stakeholders
• Apply theoretical knowledge to day-to-day activities
• Support business heads and stakeholders in achieving business goals
• Participate in weekly meetings with various teams
• Deliver weekly byte-sized projects for peer and supervisor review

🎯 Requirements

• Any graduate interested in Graphic Designing and Creative Editing
• Good conceptual knowledge in the respective domain
• Ability to turn varied ideas into artistic designs
• Familiarity with Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva, GIMP, CorelDRAW, and similar design software
• Keen eye for aesthetics and detail
• Willingness to collaborate with a team of experts and follow systems and processes
• Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges
• Computer, smartphone, uninterrupted internet connection, and noise-cancellation headphones required
• Ability or interest in collaboration, leading tech fests, or managing institute clubs
