Graphic Designer
About this role
We are a leading Architecture and Interior Design firm specializing in innovative residential projects. We are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer who can create compelling visual content, support our branding initiatives, and showcase our projects across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create high-quality graphics, presentations, brochures, project portfolios, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Develop visual content aligned with the company's brand identity.
- Design social media creatives, banners, reels covers, and promotional materials.
Site Visit Content Creation
- Accompany the Principal Architect and design team for project site visits when required.
- Capture high-quality photos and video footage of ongoing and completed projects.
- Record video interviews, client testimonials, and architect video bites for marketing purposes.
- Document project progress and highlight key design features.
Video Editing & Content Production
- Edit videos, reels, walkthroughs, and project showcase content.
- Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, music, and branding elements.
- Create engaging content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in graphic design and content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Experience creating and editing reels, short-form videos, and social media content.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to travel for site visits as required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
